01.Mini's soccer Program Ages 7-11 ( Every Saturday)
The Mini Soccer Program is a fun, safe, and inclusive program designed to introduce children ages 7–11 to the game of soccer while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for physical activity.Through age-appropriate games, skill-building activities, and small-sided play, children learn the fundamentals of soccer such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork in a positive and supportive environment. Our focus is on fun first, participation, and personal growth — not competition.
02.Free-to-Play Youth Soccer Program Ages 12-17
The Free-to-Play Youth Soccer Program is an inclusive, no-cost sports initiative designed to remove financial barriers and ensure that every young person has access to sport, regardless of background or income. This program serves youth ages 12–17, using soccer as a tool to promote physical health, mental well-being, leadership, and positive social connection.
03.Beyond Sports (Ages 18–26)
Beyond Sports is a safe, supportive space where young adults come together to explore real-life issues through the lens of sport, leadership, and personal growth. Using sport as a universal language, weekly sessions create opportunities for open dialogue, reflection, and learning around important topics such as gender-based violence prevention, healthy masculinity, respectful relationships, employment readiness, online safety, and personal responsibility.
04.Play for Mental Health Ages 18 above
Play for Mental Health is a welcoming, judgment-free program for adults ages 18 and over, designed to support mental well-being through physical activity, connection, and community. Using sport as a starting point, this program creates a safe space for participants to move their bodies, relieve stress, and build meaningful social connections.
